1. Working Environment:
The working environment is highly professional, friendly, and open. The FCJ mentors are always ready to support and show genuine care when I encounter difficulties, proactively checking in to support everyone. The office space is tidy and clean, which helps me feel more comfortable and focused while working.
2. Support from Mentor / Team Admin:
Mentors provide enthusiastic and detailed guidance, clearly explaining concepts I don’t understand and consistently encouraging everyone to ask questions to deepen our knowledge. Both mentors and admins actively assist by sharing necessary information and providing resources to facilitate everyone’s work.
3. Relevance of Work to Academic Major:
The tasks assigned to me and my team align perfectly with my academic major and significantly support my career path. Furthermore, I acquired numerous new skills, gained exposure to a cloud computing work environment, improved my teamwork abilities, and learned how to communicate professionally and appropriately with everyone in the company.
4. Company Culture & Team Spirit:
Everyone respects and supports each other extensively in our work while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility toward their individual tasks.
5. Internship Policies / Benefits:
I was provided with opportunities to attend events to learn from experts and experienced professionals, which also created an environment to network and connect with others. (For instance, attending the AWS re:Invent Recap event in Ho Chi Minh City in January 2026 was a highly valuable experience).
1. What did you find most satisfying during your internship?
The most satisfying aspect was the opportunity to work directly with core AWS services (like VPC, EC2, RDS, SQS, etc.) and apply them to a real-world project like “SmartInvoice Shield”. The hands-on experience and the mentorship I received were invaluable.
2. What do you think the company should improve for future interns?
It would be beneficial to organize more technical workshops or deep-dive sessions focusing on specific advanced AWS topics (like Serverless architectures or AI integration) to further challenge the interns.
3. If recommending to a friend, would you suggest they intern here? Why or why not?
I would absolutely recommend this internship. It offers a perfect blend of practical technical experience, a supportive learning environment, and the chance to build a solid foundation in cloud computing.

Perhaps establishing a clearer roadmap or milestones for the final project earlier in the program would help interns structure their time and efforts more efficiently over the 3 months.

Yes, I am very interested in continuing my journey with AWS and exploring more advanced cloud solutions.
